From initiating wire transfers to paying bills online, Business Internet Banking features a number of sophisticated tools to give you control over your accounts. Select from three service levels depending on the needs of your business.

Level One

  • View deposit and loan account balances and activity
  • Ideal for sole proprietors and small business owners who simply need to view account activity or transfer funds between accounts.
  • Information reporting capabilities include previous day reporting and up to three standard reports.
  • View up to eighteen months of statements online
  • Perform check research and maintenance
  • Pay bills online with Bill Pay
  • Export to Quicken®, QuickBooks, and Microsoft® Money
  • Transfer funds between accounts (both one-time and recurring transfers)
  • Make loan and line of credit payments with accounts transfers
  • Create account alerts to notify you of account activity such as checks posting, changes in balance, etc.

Level Two
Includes all features of Level One plus:

  • View images of deposit tickets and deposited items that are associated with the deposit ticket
  • Stop payments, cancel stop payments or stop a range of payments
  • Enjoy several Automated Clearing House (ACH) capabilities such as
    • ACH origination
    • Recurring ACH transfers
    • ACH real-time prefunding (ACH Funds Authorization)
    • Up to three ACH applications e.g., payroll, vendor payments and tax payments
    • ACH file validator (validates file format, dollar limits, and originating company)
    • ACH data import and export

Level Three
Includes all features of Levels One and Two plus:

  • Create special reports and use the BAI export module
  • ACH options also include CTX STP 820 origination and Cross Border (IAT) origination
